"I think that I shall never see
A poem lovely as a tree.
A tree whose hungry mouth is prest
Against the earth’s sweet flowing breast;
A tree that looks at God all day,
And lifts her leafy arms to pray;
A tree that may in summer wear
A nest of robins in her hair;
Upon whose bosom snow has lain;
Who intimately lives with rain.
Poems are made by fools like me,
But only God can make a tree. "
– Joyce Kilmer, 1913
I think one can never get bored with the trees, for they can always come up with another different posture of grace and beauty.
At anytime, anywhere, under any circumstances, you can meet with those little wonders of yet another world of trees.
Try to view them from as many different angles as they do for you.
And here comes the tiny present they delivered to you: GRASSES & FLOWERS! (and soon you’ll get a HARVEST!) Think of it: how great the trees are.
Remember: this gallery only shows one brief moment of their constant delivery of beauty.
